As in best story with shit animation or best horrid animation?
EX-ARM is on a whole other level. Exactly what you would expect from a team that had never worked on anime before. Search up the trailer for some laughs and remember that is the best of what the show looks like.
My Sister, My Writer has close to 0 consistency and you can stop on key frames and get some really bad looking faces.
I want to say the title of another one but its a hent@i so I cant really share it...
