Ignore skin on one difficulty, or after spectating/watching a replay and when you start playing a difficulty you have not unlocked visual settings in, you will still play with your skin.ini settings.
I first mentioned this here: p/2146369 It's related to this bug, this is just about the skin.ini settings which I doubt have been fixed yet.
This means you can get to play any map with your own skin.ini settings without unlocking "ignore skin" first, which might be useful for the player but quite cheaty.
I can't really test this in the test build because it lets you play the map with all visual settings with your first try. The ranked test build maps are unplayable right now.

here's something interesting, if you have just 2 combo colours by default in your skin.ini settings, unlock the settings or replicate this bug on a map that changes to different combo colours at will, you will end up with mostly the same combo colours all throughout the map, until the next combo colour is normal, not custom.
It should be impossible:
back to normal combo colour changing almost at the end of the map, but now it's just blue for the rest of the map.
