Second opening of Digimon Savers. Yes, I know this was already mapped and Ranked. Why? Because I made that map. However, I have standards now, and I want a Digimon pack without 1 map that's bad. So, I mapped it.

Warning: "Intense" flashing lights during the second half of the song.

Hm, this is what I think:

Played Normal and Hard. I personally think they're nastier than that (and I can't pass Hard), but oh well; if you get some free time an Easy might help improve popularity. My main problem as the map stands is with beat effects - at least in Normal they were a bit too loud and it was hard to hear the song. Can you turn them down a little?

Aside from that I'm liking the way this looks. I'll stick a star on it.

...How many repeats does that slider have? >_>; Anyways, changed that to something that is pretty much the same, but doable easily in Taiko. Also, changed those two notes to one slider (*coughoriginalHirarireferencecough*). And, I'm keep those two sliders' spacing as is, that was 100% intentional. Oh, one little trap isn't going to screw you over, particularly this one.

00:50:33 (9) - Quite optional, but maybe a new combo goes here?

[Hard]:
00:14:34 (6) - Even though this looks cool and all or whatever, it's a little too close to (5), you know?

There's barely any errors on this. Larto's Normal was a nice difficulty, but as it went through the song, the sliders, repeats, and notes around it made the song felt kind of awkward and blank at some points. Some points. It was nice overall though.

There were also many circles in Hard where I felt they should have been aligned to the slider, but wasn't possible as the Grid made it snapped.

(14:94, 5) Move this note up so it follows the pattern of the other 3 sliders
(27:23, 6) Move this one right on 3rd lvl grid for symmetry
(50:63, 10-13) I think all of these should be moved down one notch on lvl 3 grid to make a straight line with 9, but that is up to you

Hard:
(9:84, 5,7) move 1 right on 3rd lvl grid to align with 4

That offset has you click the notes before you even hear the syllable. >_> So I kept it as is. Fixed the last two things too.

Hard

First, I suggest waiting for the down beat to place notes; those first few fast notes are a little unfair seeing as how there's no countdown or anything to use as a metronome --. Just a thought.

00:14:341 - The proximity of 6 to 5 is misleading and doesn't feel necessary.

Other than that I've no problem. Star'd.

I just took out that first stack. Much better now. After all, those were the only 1/4s in the song and came suddenly. ;P Thanks.

I recommend removing kiai time. The lights go so fast because the bpm is 200, it is very dangerous for people with mild forms of epilepsy. So at least but an epilepsy warning up or remove the kiai.

00:43:58 (2) - I'd make this like (1) but with a repeat, and back 1/2 a beat.

00:32:93 (1,2) - Swap positions. Kiai streams cover (1), but with the swap it's more obvious.
00:35:03 (7) - Center to slider.
00:41:33 (5,6,7) - Move up to align (5) to (4).
00:56:18 (1) - Finish doesn't sound good. =S You can maybe just replace the whole slider with a hit circle.

Thanks for modding. :D But that's not an error, it looks and plays better to me that way. It's a trap of sorts, but if you screw up, you'll normally still get a 300. Unless you screw up badly. In which case you just stink.

I agree with Alace, that is basically the only problem I saw. No reason to try to force slider breaks when there is simple solutions:



moving 5 and 6 like so keeps the spacing for the following hitcircles perfect, and it looks and feels better to play.

I generally disagree with the combo choices but I guess it works.

00:09:16 (x) - Add a note here? I hit the slider early when I first played.
00:44:63 (1,2,3,4,5) - Too scrunched.

Why have map before offset. Why why why why why. It's so easy to find the offset before notes are placed. Do you realize how much this irritates me? Also the offset was early imo.
