Since there's a #help now, it's hard to get people that need actual help into the channel. New players aren't very keen on the interface (or at least I would think so), so I believe that there should be ways to reach out to the newer userbase that require assistance in-game.
I thought of two ways to go along with this.
1: Have a !help command that displays alongside the !report line when you log into osu!.
This would go very handy along side with !report, but using !help automatically joins the channel #help for the user.
2: Have every *new/first time* user have #help as a main channel alongside #osu.
This wouldn't require too much tweaking, as it'd just have to be changed in the default .cfg, no?
Thoughts and/or suggestions?
