局部文本更新失败

进入OSU后，出现了更新局部文本…… 局部文本更新失败。的显示。。。。再PS一下：最主要的问题是我的账号无论怎么样都登不上去，换了好几个账号都进不进去。（停留在LOG IN阶段）。。。。。求高手帮忙。。

Man, posting Chinese here won't make sense to a lot of guys...
U should either post it in English or go to Chinese channel by clicking here

(in case you can't really read English)

Yeah that's a problem, and I assume that guys in Chinese channel would talk 'bout this with him. They'll get it done, so we shouldn't worry much.

Nah it didn't... Maybe moving it to Chinese channel would be a better idea, since the term is too professional for me to translate into English, and I can't solve it myself.
