I want to replace them with black void, but couldn't find such file in osu! directory.. Is it in .sys folder or smth like that? Then how to do this?

all files are in the Skins/ folder inside of your osu folder. Go to the skin you want to modify, open it and edit. If you are trying to change an element of the default skin you may want to look at this copy of the default skin, since you can't access the default skins folder.

For anyone else new to Mania, the answer is: in your skin folder, replace 'mania-hit300g-0' and 'mania-hit300g-0@2x' with whatever you need.
If for some reason that doesn't work:
(mania-hit300, mania-hit300@2x, mania-hit300g-0, mania-hit300g-0@2x, mania-hit300g-1, mania-hit300g-1@2x, mania-hit300g-2, mania-hit300g-2@2x) - these were all the one's I changed, and got rid of the rainbow 300s. Worst case scenario just do all the variations of the mania 300s in your skin folder.
