That description is very generic and not too useful. It is gonna be hard to find the skin you are looking for, the 2 things you remember are used in a lot of skins. Your skin was most likely a mixed skin, making it really hard to be found.
But if those 2 things are the only things you remember I don't see why you need that specific skin anyways, it sounds like now would be the best time ever to look for a new skin to use.
