[invalid] Osu error connection

Problem details:

So, 2 days ago my scores stop to submitt, i to run osu Updater and a connection error screen apears
(print 1)
I check my internet and no problems.
(Print 2)
I try to uninstall osu to install again and the same error screen apears
now i can't install osu...
- I will show my Pc configs (maybe help with something) (Print 3)

Please copy and paste the contents of your update.log into a reply here. The default osu! install can be found by typing %localappata% in explorer and opening the osu! folder.

Disable any shit VPNs or anything like that you might have enabled.

If you're on a public network, please try on a private one.

If none of these apply or don't help, your only option is to email support@ppy.sh
Nobody here can help you with a 403 Error.

Ok i uninstall my 2 vpns and dosen't work, i will e-mail thanks for the help ^^
