Hello, I am new to skinning. While I was experimenting with some of the different skinnable files, I found the spinner metre, which, from what I know, is what "fills up" whenever you are spinning. However, what I do not completely understand is how the spinner background works. Looking at other skins, it seems to be an outline of the spinner metre. Is there any easy way to make the spinner background?
