02:20:033 (2) - placing this on the bottom center would complete a really epic symmetry~ ok

Nice mapset; I see you have a star on this, so maybe after a few more refines on the map you can get a bubble

The claps in this diff seems messy. Try to put claps on 2nd & 4th white tick of every stanza. If it appears in middle of a slider, then ignore it or use slidertick/sliderbody/storyboard clap. Current hitsounds are really inconsistent in this diff.
01:29:462 (2,3) - make a better blanket? Like this:
Just need to move the last node 1 grid right.
02:20:033 (2) - decrease the volume of the slider to follow the volume change in music better?

02:20:033 (1) - decrease the volume of the slider to follow the volume change in music better?

00:57:319 (2) - put it at the center of the previous circular slider? Now the position of this note is a little embarrassed and the whole pattern looks not good.

00:59:890 (1) - same as the opinion of above, though plays fine, wiggling slider is not a good choice here. 00:58:605 (1,2,1) should be similar patterns.
01:10:176 (4,3) - not a very serious problem but it is better to avoid overlap for the two sliders.
01:17:033 (11,12) - the pattern is trick for the spacing between them. It seems that there is 1/2 beat between the two sliders but actually it is 1/4 beat. So
01:28:819 (5,2) - manually stack them (move the later slider 1 grid right and down, or up and left) so that player can read it properly, especially with hidden mod.

02:05:247 (5) - move up a little to make a wiggling movement? like this:

also, the new spinner from ppy really fits the video on the background, hehe
really nice diff. The rhythm and spacing were both good and provided a nice pacing.

it should be around 27738(-14), I promise mine would be better(please try to judge offset with the hardest diff or find some others if you can't play it)

Deviation is pretty wide (16ms) so would appreciate more than just "current offset is wrong". I get SS with my suggested offset.
