I did not mean inside of the osu!editor, I have a friend who collaborated my map and he changed the offset in the song selection, while I don't know how he did that. Is it modifiable in the .osu file?

Does it show on his end like this?
If yes that's not modifiable in the .osu file.
He set a local offset when playing the map.
This can be changed by starting up the map and using the +- keys - if necessary in combination with the Alt key - to get the offset back to 0.

No, he changed the offset on his .osu to the drop part. While mine is random somewhat. Here is the video as an example how the drop part plays when clicked in the song title. https://streamable.com/vywun
