- The tournament will have a qualifier stage followed by a double elimination bracket stage.
- All match times are in UTC.
- Staff reserves the right to change any names that are deemed inappropriate.
- No staff members are allowed to play in the tournament except for streamers, commentators, and graphic designers.
- Inappropriate behavior, misconducts, or cheating will result in disqualification and blacklist in future iterations. Be nice and play fair
- All players are required to join the discord. Failure to do so may result in forfeits.
- A disclaimer on mappool difficulty: Due to the lack of difficult Touhou maps, the mappool difficulty for this open rank range tournament will be slightly easier than many other open rank range tournaments. The grand finals pool SR is estimated to be about 6.8-6.9*.

General Information
- Qualifiers will consist of a 4 NM/2 HD/2 HR/2 DT mappool. The top 32 teams by qualifier seeding will make it to the bracket stage.
- Round of 32 to Semifinals will consist of a 5 NM/2 HD/2 HR/2 DT/3 TB mappool and will be Best of 11.
- Finals and Grand Finals will consist of a 5 NM/3 HD/3 HR/3 DT/3 TB mappool and will be Best of 13.
- There are no bans in this tournament, except during the tiebreaker.
- All maps will be played with NoFail on.
Qualifier Rules
- The match lobby will be created by the referee. Team captains will receive invites; if the team captain is not available, then the referee will invite any player that is online. The invited player has the responsibility to invite their team into the lobby.
- Teams have 5 minutes past the start time to join the lobby. If teams fail to join within the alotted time, the captain is responsible to reschedule their team to another lobby.
- The maps will be played in the order as they are listed on the sheet. Each team is permitted one try on each map.
- In the event of any disconnects, the player(s) who disconnect will be allowed to replay the map after the lobby by themselves.
- 3 players from each team must be present on each map, and teams are free to switch in or out players between maps.
- After you finish playing all the maps in your lobby, your team's total score will be added up. You will then be given a percentage score on how well you did relative the rest of the teams in Qualifiers. Your points given will be per mod, and then be added to given your overall percentage score. The team with the best score on a map will receive 100%, with all other teams getting percentages relative to the top score. The top 32 teams by average percentage will qualify. Teams will be seeded based on their performance in the qualifiers.
- Teams are not encouraged to share MP Links, so as to prevent seed manipulation.
Bracket Stage Rules
- The match lobby will be created by the referee. Team captains will receive invites; if the team captain is not available, then the referee will invite any player that is online. The invited player has the responsibility to invite their team into the lobby.
- Once all players have joined, captains will be asked to roll. The winner of the roll may elect to pick first or pick second. Warmups are allowed, up to a maximum of 4:30 total time. It doesn't really matter who picks the warmups first.
- Teams have 90 seconds to select a map; if they fail to choose in the allotted time, the map choice will pass to the other team. This will have no effect on the order of picks afterward.
- Once the map choice is locked in, players will have 90 seconds to ready up. The referee will start the match when all players are ready. If the 90 seconds timer ends, the referee will force an !mp start 15 command, and the match will start with whoever is in the lobby.
- NF will be enforced on all maps, to prevent teamfails from happening.
- In the case of a tiebreaker, both teams' captains will message a ban to the referee. If they message different bans, the remaining map will be played. If they messaged the same ban, the ref roll !roll 2 to determine the map being played.
- Players are allowed, but not forced, to use mods on tiebreaker. Players may use HD, HR, or EZ. Any scores with EZ will be multiplied by 2.
- In the case of a disconnection, common sense will be applied: if proof exists of the disconnected player's score (or a rough estimate of their hypothetical score if they finished the map), it will be added to their team's total score; if it is at all ambiguous, the other team will get the point; if the disconnection occurred in the first few seconds, the map will be replayed.
1st Place: Pending Badge + 4 months of supporter per player
