Changing map offset after its received mods

I'm looking to make a small adjustment to one of my pending maps' offset. However, it's already received mods that are time-stamped as-is. Is it good practice to change the offset to correct the time, even though it will throw off slightly all the timestamps on the current mods (currently resolved)?

Yes, if the offset needs to be changed, you should do it right away. It is good practice because an audibly wrong offset will throw my ear off when checking your rhythms.
If the offset change is small, the timestamps will still be accurate enough to compare with resolved mods for communication and people will be able to tell that the offset has changed.
