How do i delete fading out numbers from idke 1.1 skin

I really love the skin but this feature makes me not want to play it at all, it has these like fading out numbers when you click a circle. I tried finding the file containing this feature but i can't seem to find it.
Is there a specific file i need to look for? or is it a feature i cant delete? Thank you in advance.

In the skin.ini file, below [General], add:
Version: latest
Redo_
Global Moderator
