Nothing that I can see wrong here here, but Add those Timing Sections I posted in the [General] tab and resnap; all the off-sounding notes magically sound correct now.
After that, maybe you might want to try making the long repeat sliders increase in volume, like I suggested with the [Normal] Map?

All in all, this is a good mapset; it feels close to a bubble, after you fix these red things in particular, I'll recheck, and then we're probably looking at one.

That's just the .png images following a frame script. If it was actually a .gif image, then I would have suffered some lag from it (and the file would have ended in .gif as well).
