I think this is the first map of the Paper Mario Project, Tubba Blubba's battle theme: Ghost Gulping
I take any criticism in consideration yadda yadda yak yak...

0:17:842 (1) - Optional: maybe find a cleaner way to design this slider?
0:29:902 (1) - Was this intentional? If not, do you have Catmull-Rom curves turned on? If so, try switching to Bezier for smoother results.
0:31:713 - I like the idea you've got going here; just make sure that you insert a background image that can support the effect.
0:52:672 (1) - See first suggestion.
0:56:812 (1) - ^

[Hard]

0:24:727 (1,2,3) - Inconsistent spacing; do it like the notes before it. It's hella confusing the way it currently is.
0:41:287 (3) - Having a slider this short seems pointless. I'd suggest splitting it into two separate hit markers instead.
0:42:322 (5-8) - Some alignment issues.
1:27:863 (2) - This slider is hella cool. But the combo should start here instead of the note before.

0:09:664 (3) - Note not properly placed on timeline.
0:12:243 (6,7) - These notes should really be stacked like the rest for consistency.
0:17:842 (2) - Combo should start here instead of the preceding note.
0:44:823 (3) - See first issue.
1:11:303 (1) - I'm confused as to why this difficulty ends this early, considering how Hard went on for the entire duration of the song. Is this difficulty unfinished?

Overall, some very solid maps with a few little kinks. Fix 'em and this should be well on the road to ranking!

Offset is a bit off. Try around 900ms and re-snap.

Add hit sounds. I only tested the hard difficulty, but there were no hit sounds in it at all.

Needs a background image. A picture of Tubba Blubba would be nice if you can find one large enough that it doesn't get stretched too much. Otherwise, you can probably find a large generic Paper Mario themed image.

The issue you seem to be having is that some of your beats are placed with a 1/6 divisor and some are placed with a 1/4 divisor based on your current BPM. This is causing strange issues regardless of what you set the offset to. The BPM may very well be double what you have it set to (this would cause all your notes to sync at 1/4), but you may want to check in with someone more experienced with timing.

01:04:55 (4) - Maybe move this down a little bit? The slider overlapping it is a little eh.

00:02:97 (4) - IMO, move over left a few grids to line up with combo before it... (if you do this adjust everything accordingly)
00:12:28 (6) - up a grid or so (I'm using most precise grid settings btw)
00:17:46 (1) - OMG amazing sliders here.. GREAT job!
01:05:58 (2) - move the tail of this a grid to the right to match spacing
those stuttered breaks are pretty neat :)

01:27:84 (1) - remove the whistle on the actual slider portion of this and TRY to extend it to the next white (01:31:98).. aka where it goes to in Invincible

General:
Your patterns could use work. They are repetitive and boring :/ The combo colors are a bit dull. Also, use less claps, and more whistles, claps dont fit well with the song.

01:27:84 (1) - I'd make these 2 seperate sliders.

Easy, Normal, and Hard seem to be pretty fine (other than what others mentioned) and I'd keep the short breaks in Normal!

I listened on 25% speed, but there are only five notes there. On hard, you have to take the slider end as one, BTW.
I noticed the little snare on the white tick, but I'm not really mapping to drums.
Fixed everything otherwise. If the Background doesn't upload, I'd just change it so there are four of the same BG's.

Holy geebus this is good.

I can't really find anything to mod here, your beats and rhythms are spot on, spacing is good, and your funky shaped sliders have won my heart.

The only thing I would say is that in Hard at 00:06:036 (and the following rhythms that are the same pattern) that hitbeat 5 doesn't sound quite right. I can't really tell if it's early or late, but it sounds off somehow. Although the song has pretty odd timing so it may just be the note itself rather than your mapping.

Seriously, have a star, you deserve it.

00:16:942 (1) - DS this or move it 1.5 grids to the right without GS.

00:30:656 (4,5,6) - Move these 2 grids down? Looks weird compared to (3) where they are now.

Next two is because that part looks messy with current spacing.

01:23:701 (1,2) - Looks awkward, make it more straight/symmetrical.
01:27:841 (1) - Move the last control point 2 grid steps down, looks weird when the slider speeds up at the very end. Move 01:27:324 (1) to new end.

00:16:42 (3) - Move 1 down and 1 (Or 2?) to the right on Grid Level 3.
00:37:12 (3) - If you did what's above, then whistle this too. And vice versa.
00:41:26 (3) - Replace clip with Whistle (Consistency) If you keep the clap (Or have the clap and whistle together), then add in more claps throughout the song.
00:42:30 (1) - Whistle~ (For consistency)
00:43:33 (3) - Whistle. (For consistency)

[Normal]:
00:21:60 (1) - This slider overlap is ugly, unfortunately.
00:51:61 (7) - Move 1 to the right on Grid Level 3.
01:06:10 (3) - Move 1 up on Grid Level 3. (I never said this in a long time, it was always to the left or to the right o_o)

[Hard]:
00:51:35 (5) - Eh, I don't know...I don't like how close this circle is.
01:22:14 (2) - Align this evenly with (1) and (3).
01:26:54 (5) - Cluster concern (As mentioned earlier).

[Invincible]:
00:34:02 (8) - New combo? May make co-op concerns though.
