Fingers tensing while streaming (having trouble with increasing stamina and speed)

So to start After returning to the game from a longer break like 3 and a half months ago I decided to change my tapping style to ring+index which gave me a small stamina and tapping speed boost but I noticed that I have a really hard time trying to work on my stamina because my fingers tense on streams even on those that I'm comfortable on (which is in the range of 170bpm to 180bpm) and even while focusing on relaxing my hand I have really hard time trying to relax my fingers and I guess that is the main issue with it but I don't really know how to deal with it. I also noticed that when I play for example a 200bpm map I tap longer streams the same way that I would tap bursts which idk if is good or bad. Maybe someone here can give me an advice on what to do. Thanks in advance

you can develop better tapping techniqueby playing long stream practice, start with 140 bpm and slowly move up when you feel like its time

I tried playing those a while back but didn't really help much and I felt really tired of playing these maps

Go on osu collector and just download a bunch of speed maps. I also tried the long stream practice to no avail and it was boring af to grind. So play some speed maps and slowly bump up the star rating whenever you feel comfortable.

DO NOT START WITH LONG STREAM PRACTICE ONG!

DON'T PLAY SPEED MAPS (UNLESS YOU GOT GENETICS AT 6 DIGIT)

those 5 note bursts in 4-6 star maps eventually train your hands to develop correct technique for longer streams

no mod 1 maps that have 5-12 note worms ARE BEST FOR PRACTICE find out what bpm bursts you can do then climb from there.

140 bpm streams compared to 180 bpm for example require different techniques. One is generally used for alt maps and the other stream.

long stream practice is too hard for you rn.

tldr don't climb the speed of your streams but rather the length to improve your stamina but start slow.

cool 😎 just imo long stream practice calls for bad technique as it really doesn't help Ur flow aim and streaming match fluently.

I think those are essential for good streaming, that's why I say long stream practice is bad for 6 digits as when flow aim and tapping technique good, then long stream practice is useful for stamina increase but Rn chilling out on bursts is more useful.

Anomalies like those tournament derankers don't help paint a good picture for stream improvement.
DM FOR MUTUAL
Using an armrest if you don't already makes it easier to relax your arm because you don't have to hover it midair from my experience

That and having a proper warmup on low bpm maps so you practice relaxing your arm and streaming with the technique that you want before moving onto the hard stuff

well I already can deathstream 170bpm pretty easily but I have a problem with 180bpm very frequently even tho I can burst 190bpm
