- This is a 3v3 draft tournament with team size 6.
- Players will register individually.
- Double Elimination (Bracket reset), International.
- All maps will be played with ScoreV2 and NoFail.
- Rank range [500 - 99999] including BWS.
- The following BWS formula will be used: seed = rank^(0.9937^(badge_count^2))
- Pending badges will NOT count.
Registration
- You must be present within the tournament server throughout the entire duration of the tournament. If you are not present by the time registrations end, your registration will be deemed as invalid.
- All players must be within the rank range until signups close. There is NO rank buffer.
- Staff members (except for streamers and commentators and GFX) are not allowed to participate.
Qualifier Procedure
- The referee will create the lobby ~10 minutes before the starting time, ping each player in the Discord server and send out the invites shortly after.
- You have 5 minutes to join the lobby. If you fail to join in time, you can reschedule for a different, already existing lobby. No lobbies will be allowed past Monday, August 28th, 16 UTC.
- The qualifiers mappool will be played in regular order.
- If there is a disconnect, the player(s) that disconnected will be allowed to replay the map at the end of the lobby.
- Every player that plays the qualifier passes. The purpose of the qualifiers is to give the drafting captains an insight into the players.
Draft Procedure
- Once screening has returned, the hosts will announce 16 captains that will participate in the draft.
- Draft order will be randomly determined.
- If you were picked as a captain and resign before the draft you will be blacklisted from possible future iterations.
- The draft phase will follow a serpentine format:
- Round 1: 1, 2, 3, . . . , 14, 15, 16
- Round 2: 16, 15, 14, . . . , 3, 2, 1
- Round 3: 1, 2, 3, . . . , 14, 15, 16 - The draft is concluded once every team has 6 players.
- Each captain will have 90 seconds to pick a player. Failing to do so in time will result in the highest ranked player left being picked by default.
- You may ask for an extra minute once.
- After the draft has concluded, the draft participants can choose to keep his captain role or appoint one of their teammates as the captain over the course of the bracket stage.
Bracket Stage Procedure
- The referee will create the lobby ~10 minutes before the starting time, ping the team captain in the Discord server and send out the invites shortly after. (if you did not receive the invite, please let the referee know through either Discord or osu! pm). If the ref is not present 5mins after the allocated time, please ping @ref in the Discord.
- You have 10 minutes to join the lobby. If you don't manage to join in time, the match will be counted as a win for your opponent. If a team does not have at least two players present after 10mins, the other team will win the match by default.
- If neither of the teams show up, they will be able to reschedule to a different time. If no suitable time can be found, the team with the higher seeding will be given the advantage.
- In case of a disconnect, a team will be able to replay the map if the disconnect happened within the first 45 seconds of the map.
- A team is only allowed to replay one map during the whole match, any additional disconnects will not be taken into consideration.
- No warmups allowed.
- Both team captains will be asked to roll. Whoever rolls higher can choose between pick or ban order.
- Freemod Rules are as follows: All players are required to put on a mod. At least one HD and one HR required per team. HDHR counts as HR. EZ can be used to substitute HD.
- Allowed mods are: HD, HR, EZ, FL.
- Choosing HD/HR/HDHR/EZ on the Tiebreaker is optional.
- EZ Multiplier is 1.8x.
- Double picking and double banning are NOT allowed.
Scheduling Rules
- ALL times are in UTC.
For qualifiers: - Please claim a lobby using the pinned format in the Discord server in the #scheduling - channel. If you wish to switch your qualifiers lobby, please use the correct pinned format and post it in the same channel.
- If you don't show up to your qualifiers lobby, you may play in any other lobby if there is still free space. Please let the hosts know what lobby you will play in, in case you missed your original one. If it is really short notice until the next lobby, please let the referee know so you get an invite.
- If you don't show up to any qualifiers lobby, you will not pass. If you can't make any of the lobbies, you may request a custom time for your lobby (subject to final confirmation from Host/Referee).
For bracket stages: - If the assigned time does not work with your schedule/you don't like it, please reschedule your match using the format from the pinned message.
- Reschedules will be accepted until 12hrs before the original time of the match, and only if you reschedule to a later time. If you reschedule to an earlier time, reschedules will only be accepted until 12hrs before the new time of the match.
- If you post a reschedule later than 12hrs before the original/new time, acceptance is subject to final confirmation from Hosts/Referees. If no referee can be found for that time, we may decline the reschedule and your match will be played at the original time (you may try and reschedule to a different time).
- Please keep in mind that your potential matches CANNOT be reschedules earlier than your first losers bracket match. Please also don't forget that your potentials cannot be scheduled earlier than the match between your two potentials. There are NO exceptions to any potential match being played before the first match.
- Any reschedules sent either through DMs, in a different channel, etc. will not be taken into consideration.
- Any reschedules that don't at least vaguely follow the format will not be accepted. (If your reschedule post is insufficient, we will let you know and give you a chance to fix it)
