I am mixing skins and my progress bar is slightly off of my screen. It is in the top right corner and half way off of my screen.

It seems like you're missing score numbers? It would be easier to see it if you uploaded a screenshot of what's happening.
Anyway, open your skin.ini and under the [Fonts] section check what path is set for ScorePrefix: and place your numbers there.
