I have always gotten nervous before important stuff mostly relating to competition likes sports and other events where I get an elevated hr. The same thing happens to me in osu whenever I'm about to set a really good score or close to fc my hr just fucking skyrockets and I can't seem to control it. It will go from normal to like Ed levels I've measured it and while playing has peaked as high as upper 160's bpm. So my question is how do you control nerves and high hr without just playing through it.
