Couldn't find anything gamebreaking or wrong...mostly cosmetic stuff.

01:10:286 (1) - add finish to starting point
That's pretty cool for an easy!

[Normal]
01:11:572 (4) - slightly off, move to 425/216
02:00:429 (2) - add whistle to starting point
02:46:072 (5,6) - maybe replace the two circles by a slider as it would better fit the difficulty of this map
02:50:357 (4) - slightly off, move to 248/44
03:16:286 (7) - slightly off, move to 164/349
03:32:572 (5) - slightly off, move 252/86

[ignore's Hard]
01:01:287 (6) - ugly inconsistent gap between the sliders. To smoth the gap adjust ending point to 158/274
01:02:358 (2) - adjust ending to fix the gap to 01:01:715 (1) (ending point of (2) to 292/289)
03:34:501 (1) - could be curved better around 03:34:287 (9)

Compressing ended... Skin size went from 5,2 Mb to 2,2 Mb ( like -64%), delete "fail-background.png" (i did convert it to a JPEG file for 90% size lose with no quality change)c

I'm aware with your problems with the thumbnail and your posts on Help & Support so i won't comment over that, if possible i'll try to get someone to fix it, but can't promise anything.
For all diffs: 01:34:072 I recommend putting a spinner here, seems to fit the acceleration for the song.

spinner background: Right now the vomit color is bleeding over the pictures. Could you make it slightly smaller than the pictures? also could you make it 1024x692 and with a black background? It looks bad because it snaps to black rather than fade to black.

I can't customize the default skin. It would be nicer to find a decent vocaloid skin and use that, so we can at least customize it.

i don't know how the BSS select the thumbnail...
but you could try moving all the imgae in the folder minus the skin in another folder and Full Upload. After that you could say he result?
As you got an almost full skin it's preferred you change Preferred Skin from "Default"to "User Preference"

ah, to correct uncorrect stacking, just manually stack.
In the sense that you use a distance Snap of 0.1x (or simply while pressing Ctrl) while pressing Shift to place them

If you have notes stacked on top of each other, the top notes are moved up and left. If there is a stacked slider, the notes under it will be moved down and right instead. Just make sure your sliders are as close to perfect as possible, and it will do fine: how to make delicious sliders.

01:06:000 (7,8,9) - Anti jumps :( This is not even a jump D: Yes, it's an anti-jump, meaning the spacing is smaller than normal (0.5x rather than 1.0x)

Ah I see your point but I think this is reasonable in an Insane difficulty I really do feel strongly about covering up the repeat, regardless of the difficulty level

Weeeell this seems pretty much ready however in wmf's taiko the katsus (blue notes) keep getting overwhelmed by the mp3 volume i'd highly recommend using louder hitsounds.
