try playing 2 - 3 star songs and aim for 98%+ acc to better that accuracy and get into the habit of going for marvelouses, also make sure your offset is actually on sync to the keyboard sounds while you play, it will increase your ratio very fast
Stop spending time with 3 stars if you want to acc high level maps
I see you're not playing as much recently. It's fine if you play other VSRGs but if you don't then yeah go play more at a consistent rate.
Follow the advice you've been given at least 4 different times now.
Now's probably the perfect time to increase rice skills
