It's all about preference lol, just experiment with certain binds until you find one that suits you the most. I used to play on mobile for 6 months before osu and I've been maining GHKL ever since.
imo it's just preference and feel, i play with a high table so my keybinds (zxm,) work very well with my 60% kb

I use D F J K, cause everytime I use Q W O P, Z X . /, A S " \, A S K L or J K, Z X Numpad1 Numpad2, Q W [ ], Q W Numpad7 and Numpad8, changes the way i do the streams, jacks, ln and others. Basically, D F J K is the most common and basic use keybinds for 4K mania, D F J K has a ton of pros. It doesn't make your shoulder hurt in any way, and the tapping can be very fast. Im a bad explainer so here's the shorter ver.

It's just good and basic. Good for beginners and stuff, but can be really good for 5-10 above stars.

ERUI is also a great keybind if you don't want to stretch your arm straight to reach the QWOP keys
I just particulary think that every keybinds that the hands are spread out are completely fine. I think That it's the best if your hands are 5-6 keys apart

People's are lengths and finger sizes differ so your gonna have to either a: use some logic to figure it out such as looking where your fingers naturally rest and figuring out the best solution so you have good posture but aren't too uncomfortable or B: pick something comfy and stick with it

The best keybinds for mania vary between each player, with time and practice you get used to one way or another. What I recommend is that they are relatively separate for more comfort, not like the ones that come by default.
./zx you can play cross hands with this and flex to your friends or sumthin
Me personally, I use ASKL or DFHJ. But there isn’t really a “superior” set of keybinds. Just use what your most comfortable with!
