I'd like to announce that we're officially in the last 16 round (yayyyy). And this is the OFFICIAL bracket.

And now, as usual, the introductions to our contestants. Both of them didn't make it to become "The Chosen One" in their respective animes. Although it's more or less the fact that (oregairu spoiler) Iroha actually didn't make any moves towards Hachiman in the first place.
