If you're struggling with Hold/Release finger independence, LN Training can help build that up a bit (preferably starting at first difficulty).
It's all Inverse maps though, so it won't help you with standard patterns, just finger independence.
Also use ScoreV2 if you aren't already. Being able to tell how accurately you're hitting the Start/Ends of LN notes is unbelievably useful.
I've basically spent an entire month going from where you are with LNs to where I am now, so I can't say it's a quick, or easy, process. Just kinda have to push through it day by day.
