There's nothing you can do about it other than getting free supporter or paying for it. Making new accounts is heavily banned here for many reasons. You should've really read the rules because we can't make an exception for you because it would be unfair to other users.
And you can still play the game. It's your decision to not play just because of a username.
Also imo, the way you phrase your post makes it sound like you think you're entitled to free privileges. Especially that "I'm human too" in the end. I assure you that osu!staff isn't transphobic and that they deny your request not because of your gender.

It's not my intention, honestly I don't want that username change because I get that but just ban this account and let me have a fresh start. I read the rules and of course they already told me when they replied. They could do that but they don't. I don't care about losing this account. As I said, I can't pay for it and I don't know much people and don't have friends that could pay it for me. I also forgot to mention that when you change your username, it still shows up on your profile. Alright, they're not transphobic as you say, but if they're not, they're looking for money. I'm sorry, but I proposed solutions. And they could have too. This thing with emails and stuff have been going on since May. And sometimes they even ignore me. I get it, but honestly it makes me sad.
They can't accept your request even if you are willing to sacrifice your account because it's the rules, and rules are absolute. And as I said before, would be unfair to other players.
The reason there's a price for name changes is primarily because of leaderboard rankings and such. And if they are looking for money, they could've had ads on the site and get sponsorships but they didn't.
The only ways for you to change your username is if: Your username contains private information or is offensive, you could get osu!supporter and get the free name change, or is if you pay for it directly.

ive met several wonderful ladies on this game, some of which i still consider friends to this day. I doubt any of them will see this post, but I'd still be there for them no matter what.
