rank doesnt really matter but 22h for 145k globally sounds about average i guess
Don't worry about it. You're just starting so have fun for a bit.
dont worry about how fast ur progress is. this'll lead you to have a bad mindset If you continue as you'll just get mad that you can't progress as fast as you'd like
Don't worry about it. Have fun while you still can. Worrying about pp takes enjoyment away from the game.

it's really hard to know what good progress even is since a lot if not most players try other vsrg tbf
