In one skin (https://skins.osuck.net/index.php?newsid=1044) I don't have a circle around a number (not an approuch, but an outline (I don't know how to explain it), but all my friends display everything correctly.

How to fix it?

open this skins folder (easy way: go to osu! settings and type skin, then click the open current skin folder button) and try this:

1. rename hitcircleoverlay to anything (this is to avoid duplicate files with same name in the folder)
2. rename hitcircle to hitcircleoverlay
3. rename the original hitcircleoverlay that you changed to something else in step 1, to hitcircle
4. go back to osu and press ctrl+shift+alt+s to reload the skin
