[added] Displaying loved #1's on userpage with a heart instead of a -

I've always felt that loved #1s looked a bit weird on the userpage and i think it would look a lot better with an heart rather than a -

apart from the aesthetic side it would also allow to differenciate loved #1's from qualified #1's

Nice request, but I am willing to bet this will be rejected from a UX standpoint since it's obvious the dash to represent a lack of PP value, but a heart is not immediately clear. Perhaps a colored highlight on the side representing ranked/loved would be more likely approved.

to my surprise ppy agreed, well now to wait for someone to implement it
