A w przypadku plików torrentowych z lat 2007-2018, Elessey też ich nie wysiewa.
W przypadku pakietów na lata 2019-2020, można je pobrać tylko z łącza Google Drive lub łącza OneDrive w oryginalnym poście.
Przepraszam, jeśli są tu jakieś błędy gramatyczne, albo mylące zwroty, korzystam z tłumacza maszynowego.

Hello guys, I have a question: where I can find torrents for 2019 and 2020 maps? In the torrents folder I see only 2018 and earlier maps. I would download from Google, but my network is not stable enough: download just drops and doesn't allow to continue from that point, only try to re-download which also then fails due to network. And sadly I can't do anything about that

You can try using Download Manager such as JDownloader 2 for the "continually downloads from interruptions".

And about the copy technique, you can't download the file right away (unless the files are kinda small), you have to wait a bit until you can download from your Drive (estimated time kinda ~ the time you copy+paste a file with the same size), it's only a shortcut to the original files at the time you just hit "Make a copy".
You can also try Make a copy to your drive, but not downloading from there, but using apps like Google Drive Desktop, rclone, ... to sync it to your computer.

When downloading on google drive to get the latest packs it says failed-network error every single time. I have searched up the problem and tried every solution to no avail. Anyone else have this problem?
Edit: I have attempted copying it into my drive, but it ends up with the same error when downloading the .rar file for 2020-01. I also tried using the built in zip extractor of google drive as a last attempt and it gives the error code unknown error which gets me nowhere.

yeah, now i have 200gb of osu maps, and my laptop has only 300 gb, so i guess i have to delete some other games

About the builtin zip extractor, RAR is a proprietary format of RARLab, Zip doesn't know how to read it, so of course it will return "Unknown".

I've checked by opening the OneDrive in a Private Windows, yeah, it doesn't work.
I've check permissions settings in that folder, seems normal. So it's probably OneDrive's faults.
Edit: Update 2021 maps in this link. Notice that this is just a temp packs and will be replaced by Elessey packs in the future for consistency.

i just wanted to say massive thanks to this,i curently play on 8k cause it naturaly improves 6k and 4k, and i love the dificulty, and the ranked maps(on osu) are so few it hurts, this pack has alot of new (hidden?) ones, not sure why they dont show up on the beatmaps listing, either way thanks

You can approximately add 1.5-2 GB per year

Hello everyone!
Long time no see... I am back to continue this project with a few updates :
I will no longer use Google Drive (I've ended my subscription). All the packs will be removed soon.
We will be using torrents again. Links will be uploaded soon on the OP.
2021 packs won't be here for the moment. The priority will be to get the 2007-2020 packs going.
That's about it, more info to come later regarding the torrents.

You can choose not to download the exe if you deemed the file is unsafe, and proceed to use 7-Zip with zstd codecs, or PeaZip, which I mentioned in my signature.
And you may have downloaded when I didn't finish uploading all the parts.

I am downloading all the packs right now and am trying to get them into collections but i can't find a good way to only get the ones from one year into one collection without having to do each manually. So I was wondering if anyone already has collections per year/month or knows of a way to put them all into collections sorted by year without having to do it one map at a time.

TL;DR: zstd has decent compression ratio with SUPER GOOD compress and decompress time.
7z lzma2 got super good ratio, but decompress time, and the memory needs to do so is large as well.
RAR: meh, the only good thing is that it has Recovery record.
So you'll need something supports zstd to extract it. Or just download the SFX so the libs required are included.

zip is bad because the osz is already a zip, with its extension renamed.
Compressing an already compressed file with the same method WON'T HELP ANY.
It would just help as a packager, with little to no size reduce at all.
Leave the osz as is, meh: torrenting would saturate your resources, and downloading from Drive also takes enormous time zipping them for you to download (or you spend time download every single osz)
7z (lzma2): best compression, but needs LOTS of memory (your RAM) to compress and decompress as well, also LONG TIME compress & decompress.
zstd helps with most of that, decent compress, FAST extract time. And you can always download the SFX exe files. They include things needed to extract it for you, so you have really little "complicated time" though. Unless you super careful about malware and doubt the files (and you should most of the times), then that's the time for you to think it's complicated and download the 7z with other archiving programs.
I choose this because it's like a 1 time download, extract then delete (unless you want to store them as collection), so I choose this method for the convenience of FAST extraction time.
Also, this was meant as a temporary folder before Elessey makes thing though. They will be removed in the future.

I tried to D/L some stuff from YEP's google drive (so non-torrent) for my own personal archive, but I had a couple issues.
First of all, I couldn't download any of the Standard folders. Kept saying the download quota has been exceeded so I can't access it. Same with 2015, and later 2011. 2012-14 and 16, 17 and 19-20 were already D/L'd so I didn't check those, but it feels like it stands to reason that 2007-2011 will all have this message.
So I tried to start downloading the others beginning with Taiko, but when I tried it keeps telling me to enable third-party cookies to D/L the folder; that, or I guess I'd have to use one of their suggested third-party apps instead of being able to just D/L them normally beforehand (like, as early as last weekend). Trying to learn more only tells me how to do it for Chrome, which is kinda dumb to not include other web browsers cuz I use Firefox. (not that allowing cookies didn't help, either).

Google drive downloads have a hidden quota limit, so if you get an error then you need to either wait or use the torrent

This should be a link to all maps for Jan. 2022 for Osu!Standard. I've never used Google Drive for this before so idk if it'll actually be a working link or not (I did set it so anyone with thel ink can see/access it), or if you guys can D/L it. HOpefully you can (and I guess somebody else can make a torrent).

This should be a link to all maps for Jan. 2022 for Osu!Standard. I've never used Google Drive for this before so idk if it'll actually be a working link or not (I did set it so anyone with thel ink can see/access it), or if you guys can D/L it. HOpefully you can (and I guess somebody else can make a torrent).
