I tried loading it and it just keeps on loading and I had to restart my PC. What seems to be the problem here?

I'm assuming you're mapping mania based off of your last map posted, make sure there are no objects before the red line/bpm line (aka uninherited point). if there is, remove it or move to past the bpm line. This is usually the cause of this issue
