Mania skin help

I found this skin from Bojii on his youtube channel, it showed that his skin was circles and he linked his skin in the description, but when I got it and played it, it showed arrows. Does anyone know how to change that?

Are the correct hit objects (the mania circles) in the skin folder somewhere? If not, they most likely linked the wrong skin in the video.

there is a file that says orbs and also another folder that says mania notes which also has another file name circle

That's optional. It gives you various keys to play mania.

If you want circles, select all images from that folder, copy and replace the current skin you're using.
