Actually beatmap request aren't allowed in any forum, so you can request it via DM to your friend that wanna make this song as a beatmap in osu!. Or, you can make it by yourself and see how it goes~

After that, if you wanna get a feedback or mod for your mapset that you've made, you can take a look for an open queue here and post your map there. Also make sure that you've read their modding preferences first before posting.
