So I started my first bitmap and when I tried setting the BPM it wouldn't let me idk what the problem may be.(I am also new to osu in general.

When you Click on the timing panel, to set the bpm you need to click the green plus button first, then enter the bpm, then click okay/confirm button at the bottom (forget which one it is).
