All of these suggestions I recommend you try out, and then just revert back if you don't like how it plays. Pretty much all of these are "feel" things, really.
Hyper:
The main problem here is having too many sliders that disrupt the map's flow. The input of a "click" is different from that of a "hold and release", if that makes sense. Do remember that when I'm referring to splitting up a slider, I mean to place hit circles timeline-wise where the sliders start and end; you'll often have to make new patterns.
I like sliders.
00:13:816 (1,2,3) - Try making this a combo of five hit circles. The sliders feel weird. Place them at the sliders' start and end points.

As for the second point, the map ended there originally, until I got told to map the rest. Looks like I forgot to fix the kiai for it.

Very similar to Hyper in terms of object density and difficulty. In fact, it only has 8 less objects than Hyper. I highly recommend you tone this down a bit by removing some stuff. That will give the set as a whole more variety and appeal to a wider audience.

Hitsounds on this difficulty are a lot quieter than the others. I think they're more suitable like this, so change the others to match. This includes the final spinner, don't make it quiet!
I've changed the hitsound volumes, but I want to reduce the impact from the final spinner.
01:04:912 (1) - I suggest changing this to a 1/4 kick slider instead because I don't think it makes much sense for this to be 1/8.
