I played osu! for 3.5 years (720hours) but I don't even have a single 200pp play 
I know what you are probably getting at with this post, which is to compare your own progress with others. I wouldn't recommend such a practice unless it motivates you to get better or something. Most of the time when I do it, I lose the point of the game which is to have fun.

since this thread seems to be active still ill add mine, 9 months with about 130 hours at the time
It took me 4 months and 210 hours in total. I fell into osu addiction
~210 hours, 11 months since the start and ~12700 playcount. Could have done it earlier if i had played only farm maps.

about a year and a half, 560 hours playtime.
probably could have gotten it earlier, but I often just play harder maps for fun, and I'd been avoiding 200pp farm maps, wanted my first 200 to be something actually impressive in some way I guess. But I played a map I thought would be like ~170, ended up giving me 201.
