I've been wanting to get a custom applause sound effect for quite some time but can't seem to find it. Is it just my skin or am I doing something wrong? I tried every single "applause" file but in vain. Can't seem to find my applause sound on a skin

The skin you linked doesn't have an applause song. Meaning it uses osu's default clapping applause sound effect. Simply download a song, name it applause.{mp3/wav/ogg} and refresh your skin with ctrl+shift+alt+s.
