i don't know how to fix my beat map

I am having 2 problems with my beat map i am making
1. i don't know how but i added a delay before the song plays for a minute like you can hit the skip button but i don't want that delay in the beginning
2. it won't let me upload my beat map because it said i didn't make it but i did.
so if anyone can help that would be great

1. open the .osu file with notepad, set AudioLeadIn to be 0
2. set Creator to be TheWaffleKing17

if your map is from someone else :
1: remove the BeatmapID and BeatmapSetID on .osu file(s)
2: back up the mp3, bg, .osu and other files
3: delete the map
4: create 'new' map with backup files

just map that part then lol. if you leave a part of beatmap unmapped, it's gonna be "break time" so you don't lose your HP over time. if you don't want that break time, map that part.
