Problem is likely the Unicode in the difficulty name. Try uploading it with a name that doesn't contain difficult characters.

Well ssb says there is a ï as first letter of your dif name, so I would check for that. Also if you can link the .osu file instead of image that would be better.

Delete one of diff of the map and problem is gone
