Overall Difficulty and especially Approach Rate are really low for this map. I suggest AR+2 and OD+1 (possibly HPdrain+1 too).
00:38:353 (1,2,3,4) - this is confusing due to the really low approach rate. There are quite a lot of patterns like this. Anyway, if you increased the settings as i told you above all these patterns will be ok.
