age you first donated to someone or something
Achromalia
shit, i don't really remember, i was fairly young though. i recall at some point wanting to put in some coins in the coin boxes at the cash register in stores, as well as that one spiral funnel coin game at a Walmart my family drove to frequently back then. i think it was sometime from 5-7.

age when you first started cringing at your old behavior and actions in the past.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
About 8-9. I did some stupid shit when I was young

Sq
MisakiTobisawa-
the same age I did said actions so basically every year
but more so when I entered high school, so 13 I guess

the first time you didn't have a proper celebration for your birthday. for me, just this year actually, I told my parents birthday parties were for kids and I didn't want one.
samX500
I can't really remember, I haven't had any close relationship with any friend since primary school so I was at least 11 when I stopped having birtday party. I still had some small party with my family but that's about it. I think I have stopped doing anything at all at around 16.

SQ
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Don’t really remember but I know that I stopped celebrating my birthday at age 15

First time you try Asian food (if you’re in the west) / Western food (if you’re in the east)
Tad Fibonacci
I don't really remember. I was quite young back then. If my memories didn't fail me, then it was either pizza or risotto.
I can't remember when though.

Same question.
Cahyono29
i eat my first hamburger last year, that time i was 17

mcdonalds, around 5-6

sq
Ashton
Uhh I believe at a Chinese restaurant when I was very young (5-6)

Sq
MisakiTobisawa-
mcdonalds is kind of everywhere here, so i mustve been 3 or 4 when i ate fast food

your age when you first gave someone a birthday present
Maowo
I think 5

How old were you when you got your first parttime job?
Tad Fibonacci
I was 17.

Same question.
samX500
I was 15 but the job I was doing wasn't serious at all so I personally wouldn't call it a job. Without counting that job it would be 16.

First time you suffered a tragedy?
Achromalia
i don't recall, i was fairly young.

it was either the time i nearly suffocated to death, or that time i had some sort of heat stroke.

i was somewhere between 3-5? not sure.

scary stuff. me and death? we've had history.

i guess it's more or less a situation that could've been tragic, but it's not all too far off, i think.

When I was in grade 3. I remembered my relatives came to my house and beat up my dad. He then left our house and a few weeks later divorced with my mom

MisakiTobisawa-
12, when our maid had to return home on short notice, i missed her a lot

your age when you learned about your favorite law in physics

mine was just this year so far about hydraulics because I can use a small force to create a large one with it
Achromalia

your age when you first heard about jetix becoming disney xd
Carmlillball
I don't know what either of those are.

The age you discovered your current favourite music genre.
samX500
I don't really only have one favorite music genre so I can't pinpoint it to a single age.

I'll say 16 since it's the year that I first started to listen to music. Since then I pretty much found a new music genre that I loved every year, all of which I never stopped listening to.

Your age when you first discovered a passion.
keremaru
i've yet to discover one.

your age when you learned a different language (if at all)
Tad Fibonacci
I was 5.

Same question.
samX500
I've been learning english at school since my childhood so probably around 5. However, when I was younger I didn't care about learning english as I thought it was useless (yes I really do want to punch my past self in the face) and I only started to seriously learn it at 16 years old.

sq
Carmlillball
I've been learning French since I was probably 8. However, I didn't take it seriously until I turned 14.
I've stopped learning it 3 months ago, in order to focus on college. 3 A levels and a fast track GCSE.. And I was moved onto one of these A levels pretty late, so I'm trying to catch up with that one... And, while doing A level maths, I found out that I actually missed a lot of GCSE material (makes sense, being in a mostly foundation classroom at secondary school) so I have to learn that AND the new material which I don't understand due to a lack of lower-level skill (how the hell did I achieve a 6/B in GCSE?).
I'm trying to get back to learning languages, just as something casual. Languages are something I am passionate about. I'm currently learning quite a lot of Turkish, as well as some French and Spanish (so far, my Spanish lessons are simple, so I know the French words by heart and therefore don't get really confused). Might do Japanese again, too.
You see, I usually play Osu! while 'on break', I guess. So I could easily take that time and turn it into time for language studying, and still play Osu!.
Idk, now I'm very confused with myself.

Sq
keremaru
well uh...
my dad tried to teach me some tongan when i was 9, but they were mostly insults you could bark at people. though he made a powerpoint, so i don't think he was thinking straight.

my second language attempt was some spanish, which indirectly turned into latin because of the class i was taking, both of which i immediately forgot the next year. (though i remember signing up for japanese that year...)

in the same year, i began to learn hawaiian as part of my hawaiian social studies class (since i was still living in hawaii at the time). i remember some songs, but that's about it. just songs that i sang to myself repeatedly in the shower.

but recently (more like in the 8th grade), i started to invest myself into learning japanese, since one of my friends wanted to see if i actually knew my japanese. of course i only knew some, and used google translate for the rest of the stuff that i didn't know (stupid me). so for the past 4 years (almost 5), i've been studying japanese extensively; to the point where i can read some tweets that're in japanese.

sq since i'm too lazy to think up another one zzz
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
When I was 5, I remember our kindergaten used to teach us how to speak English

Your age when you first travel abroad
samX500
I was probably 16 or 17. I went to new york in a school trip. This experience kinda taught me that I didn't like large crowded city.

Your age when you lost your youthfull naivity.
Tad Fibonacci
I don't know. I'm not sure if I've lost it or not.
I still feel like a naive fool most of the times.
I guess I will never lose it but rather I will just grow more and more cynical.

Same question.
vinnicci
not sure

your age when you first played a video game
LinkTFox

But for real game I remember (and still play) Terraria

i'm young .. .
Achromalia
...

same question, then, i presume?

alright.

i think i might've been 4 or 5? i don't know what i actually played, but i know my dad played Diablo and Starcraft when I was young, and I got to play them both around that age at some point.

your age when you read this post.

18 lol

Your age upon realizing you have really changed as a person?
Achromalia
the biggest change as of yet occurred when i was 13. i shifted from optimism and boundless energy, incredible work ethic and intelligence, to a husk of lethargic and depressive apathy and cynicism, and became an asocial and insufferable fuck-up in school and in life in general. i still have some of these traits to a lesser degree these days.
