ill just leave a star here for u cuz its PRETTY GOOD now, dont try to mod it more, go grab a mat or something!
one thing i do want to point out is that the crazy insane has some spacing might be too big for 1/4 (00:57:093 (1,2) - this one for example), i cant play that well (thou i did get a S), first try most likely would confuse ppl, see if u can somehow make it not so hard to read

00:06:911 (1) - Return arrow is pointing all wonky. Also don't like this slider anyway - it's short and fast with many repeats. It's hard for new players to discern when it's going to end - especially with a note so soon after it stops. Please try something else.
00:11:274 (1) - This entire section was kind of boring rhythmically. It's all just on the beat, and there's a lot more variety of music you could follow otherwise.

Mm, BG isn't quite right still. 4:3 ratio would be 1024x768. Right now you have 1024x691 so it's 4:2.6 or something
