We have done some evaluations and decided that two bans might have been too much leniency for the tournament, so we changed it back to the original ban of only 1 map. Hopefully this isn't a big deal! We'll be uploading 2 maps of the pool by at least tomorrow, for you guys to try. Thanks! 
Any other future rule modifications made, we will let you know. Since it's very early there may be small loop-holes or things like that which we will patch up, and again, we will let you know.

Hey guys! Badge for first place is confirmed! Just wanted to share the great news!
Also pieces of the map pool are being uploaded each day, theres currently 3 as of typing this, please check them out! We are aiming for an enjoyable tournament for the lower-end, in the beginning, so hopefully those players who are newer and just want some experience can enjoy the pool and have lots of time to practice and improve before it starts. Love you guys, you're the best. 8 teams so far is a great turn out! I am hopeful for the 32 team dream.

Hey everyone, if you had troubles with the discord links, we have updated them! Also, a couple new maps have been uploaded if you haven't seen those as well. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi guys, we are trying to clear up some issues with the Revive system! It's new and we are trying to make sure everyone understands them. With that said, I have revised the section, and you can read it here :
1.11: Revives are always assigned to the active player.
- During Group Stage, each team is given 1 Revive
- During Round of 16 and Quarterfinals, each team is given 2 Revives
- During and after Semifinals, each team is given 3 Revives
1.11.1: If a player loses a map they are knocked out and cannot participate in the same match unless revived.
1.11.2: The player who is revived may not participate in the match on the same turn they are revived, except in the instance that the team waits to use their revives after all players have been eliminated.
1.11.3: Each player may only be revived once per match.
1.11.4 (Elimination Stages Only): Revives may only occur AFTER that round's map has been chosen.
Bolded are the changes that were made for convenience and clarity. Elimination Stages refers to RO16 and onwards. We wanted to make sure this was more clear for players in the later stages, as group stage is a more casual affair, we are lax on how Revives are used. Later on, we want to make sure they are used in a fair way. Thanks for reading!

Hey everyone! I'm glad to say that the first weekend of Shift Cup went very well! VODs are available on the stream channel as always! We have also release the RO16 map pool, in which you can view and download in bulk as a map pack!
