I didn't really liked it, the rhythm kinda stresses me out.
Kinda reminds me of one of the Sonic's game water level, which isn't good memories.
But I guess if used in certain parts of the game then it can be good so 6/10.

payney
this is nice!
i like the tune of this, very funky
the vocals are pretty much where they need to be, nothing too outstanding, which is fine.
can't help but feel like there's something missing that would tie everything together a bit better. just can't quite put my finger on what though. oh well.
7/10

good luck w

edit: made what i meant to say more clear
TheLegendaryHD
i personally dont like the rhythm because its a bit dark (ofc i like if a song has creepy tune inside it but i dont think i like this one)
and also i hate the vocal, but this is just my opinion

Tad Fibonacci
I swear I heard that song before but that's a really long time ago.
I never knew the name of that song though so the memory is quite faint, thanks for reminding me about it.
I really liked it, it gives me nostalgia. It's quite funky and the cover art is nice too.

Overall 8/10

TheLegendaryHD
yeah that song suppose to give you existential feeling from your past, there are also another song that give you the same feeling such as a "cruel angel's thesis"

anyway about your song i liked it. it similar to most of "Two Step From Hell" music, it gives me energy and epic feeling. and that song is really epic but still song from "Two Step From Hell" is much more better

Not much to say on this one, though it holds up on its own and flows relatively well, it's also fairly repetitive and not really interesting by any means. Somehow, though, the repetition did help guide me through the whole thing and it felt rather smooth and solidly composed, so that's something. Not much in the way of progressions, but that's okay, I guess.

Eh.

Tad Fibonacci
You have really specific taste in music huh.
Well, it's not really my taste but it got it charms.
It doesn't make out any specific melodies or rhythm and everything seems to be really random and odd.
But I kinda like that point about it. It's really unique and different from modern music.
Modern songs are kinda repetitive which is fine but it could get old after a few times listening to.
So I really appreciate the randomness in your music, it's kinda refreshing, although I think it's kinda hard for people who isn't familiar to that genre of music to get into it.

So I'll give it a 5/10. It had it charms but it wasn't great.

pentaqola
reminds me of intense intros and ads. mostly the ads, but that doesn't make the music annoying.
in fact, it's fine on it's own. i like the vocals, it makes the music in itself complete. i guess you could say it's the cherry on top.
great rhythm, gives intense feelings. those feelings reminds me of smash ultimate for some reason.
i'd say it's great! 8/10

Achromalia
7.08/10.

Cute intro. In fact, the entire thing is pretty damn cute.

Not much to say, but it was pretty cool.

As for my taste in music, I'm not sure about it being "specific". It implies I only listen to a select few genres, which isn't really true. Then again, IDM is one of the more common genres I share, so eh. I'll go for something else I like.

Though, I'd imagine it might be a little familiar already...

Tad Fibonacci
Gotta say, I really like this one. It has a cyberpunk vibe and it's something that I would listen to from time to time.

Nice one, 8.5/10

I think I have something that have a similar vibe also.
Achromalia
7.16/10.

I like the general idea. It has a nice mood and pretty interesting atmosphere, reminiscent of something in the early 2000's or even the 1990's or something, perhaps from a game? I dunno. Some chords and sections sound rather nice overall.

Though, some parts include certain chords and chord progressions that don't seem to fit well. They're disjointed, and don't really work together. Dissonance, perhaps, but it doesn't seem to add much to the feel of the song by any tangible, notable means, other than confusing me, I guess.

Otherwise, it's nice.

Tad Fibonacci
Yes, it is from a game. It's called Va-11 Hall-A, it's a visual novel about a cyberpunk future where you play as a bartender, it's actually really good.

---

As for the song, it's ok.
There wasn't anything special about it, although this might sound weird but I thought it was kinda relaxing for some reason.
I do wish it was a bit longer though and maybe if there was something more "explosive" if that make any sense at all.

Achromalia
7.36/10.

Good mood and atmosphere, but strangely typical to me, as if I had already heard a few songs like this before. It almost feels as if this sort of thing had been overdone.

Not much to say for it, but it's well done, overall. It just doesn't really impact me much.

Liking the energy. Definitely has that speedcore feel to it.

I've always really like this Drake song. I love the chill vibe from the beginning.

Tad Fibonacci

I like the energy of it and it kinda reminds me of old linkin park songs.
I'd say it's something I would listen to regularly.

Achromalia

Not a fan of the vocals. Eh.

Then again, I do enjoy this one, it executes the mood and atmosphere as intended and sounds nice,

It's good enough.

Tad Fibonacci
I really enjoyed this one, it sounds... Well I don't know how to describe it but it's quite badass.
The visual quality of the video is smooth and stylish too.
Would've been godly if there's a strong vocal that adds to it.

I could enjoy the first "half".
A bit before 3:20, while I was on another tab, I thought "This feels awkwardly long, let's check how long it's actually is."; noticing the length right before the "transition" at 3:20, I kind of didn't want it to go on like this, then bam.
Past that point, my brain could have deducted points a bit harshly.

I believe it does its job of being background game music, but outside of that I just can't really get into it. It just doesn't have that "oomph", at least for me. Just wasn't really feelin this one unfortunately.

Meh, not really my cup of tea.

Not bad.

Sorry, this one's kinda long so hopefully you don't hate it.
Tad Fibonacci
I can't see the video you used but is it this song?

If so then I'd give it a 8/10, I enjoyed it.
The constant changing melody is quite cool and the vocal is nice too. It also reminds me of Christmas songs for some reason.
That and I kinda feel like it's a bit unsettling and creepy, but I do enjoy the vibe.
It kinda feels like a compilation of 70s songs but that's obviously not the case.

----

This one's also quite long. It's a loop though so you don't have to listen to the whole thing.
I can't seem to find a short version of it.
Plini
6/10.

A bit repetitive for me. Not really used to synch-orchestra but I love the sounds of the metalophones in it.

keremaru
6/10, don't like the bass banging into my eardrum. Plus, I just don't like the theme of this song. Or any "dreamboy" songs.

Don't know if I put this song in this thread already.
Tad Fibonacci
6/10.

I can't say I really enjoyed this one.
Obviously I don't understand Japanese so I can't comment on the lyrics, but the melody and rhythm is kinda too repetitive for me.
The song in itself isn't anything special but the MV... Well, it's unsettling to say the least.
I don't really understand much about the story of the video but just from visuals alone, it's quite creepy.
So maybe I'd enjoy the song better if I actually understand what's it about.
But it's not something I'd listen to normally though.

Edit: The way she left Ps4 discs outside of their box at 0:48 makes me feel TRIGGERED.

I always finds this one relaxing.

Plini
7.5/10

Too repetitive for me, i like the change at 3:01 tho.

Im loving the bass riff, it's the instrument that shines the most through all the song.

The synth sound doesnt excel at all but they really gets you in the mood of the song and i like that.

Idk what to say about the lyrics, they seem a bit dark for me. Definitely the sound of the instruments doesn't accompany the lyrics at all imo.

Plini wrote:

This is a lie.
8/10, background drum stuff is really good, but that's my opinion on every rock drum. This one, though, mixes in with the guitars really good.
Guitars are good, as well. The fact that he does multiple parts to convey feeling is really impressive, as it gives a mood that only the guitars can provide solely, with support from the drums.
Pretty epic music right here.

TeeArctic1
6.56/10

I love the guitar riff at the beginning, the wrong notes really makes the song pop, the build-up afterwards was a little bit of a let down, but I like the distorted effect around 1:20 and further on
Felt that the song was a bit too subdued with that distorted guitar in mind though, was always waiting for this big blowout which never really came in my opinion, so not much really stood out except the beginning. I feel like a lot more could've been done with the song.

45Traeath

Kind of a flow that could go above my head, but I wouldn't have anything against it.
I don't know if my wording before that comma made any sense, so, in other words and with more precision: the combination of the instruments and the vocals made it so I couldn't keep a focus for long, although both of those aren't out of what I would enjoy.
I don't get (or "feel") the instrumental transition at 2:48.

Tad Fibonacci wrote:

I prefer the instrumental version though.

When I heard it (inst. ver.) a bit more than once, it sometimes reminded me of a pattern.
I tried so hard to think about it and I remembered. This.

You might not see my point, but that's fine. That was just my perception speaking.

The melody gives me a bit of nostalgia, it is very easy to get captivated listening to the song.
When the violin enters, and gives us the main verse again just after that, i love how it 'restarts' the song to get us captivated again.
Pleasant harmony, it gives a relaxing and chill ambience.
Really enjoyable song.

6/10. has a very basic metal touch to it, the guitars weren't bad as well as the drums. but i kinda sounds weird with the sudden pauses with the instruments in my opinion. not something i'd listen to regularly

The instruments/digital tools are great, but I didn't feel like the... "distorted voices" really fit into those.
(I don't know how to call those voices . .)

It's ok, kinda gave me nostalgia of when I used to play those games at a console rental shop. But it's not something I'd listen to normally.

Make sure you turn on the English caption for this one.
The story of this is quite interesting.

Not a particular wow factor regarding the music, but the story is definitely A1. It's also not something I would play on the regular, but it's a good song for debate and introspecting..Human greed and morality.

keremaru
7/10.
Good meaning behind it, just don't like rap too much.

One of my more favorable Fujiwara no Mokou songs.
Tad Fibonacci
I've always liked eurobeat so I really enjoyed this one.
The vocals are nice but I think they're a bit overdone. I think I would've enjoyed it more if there were less vocals.

A solid 8/10
