There's something I want to point out:
Hitsounding in StarR's Expert is as amazing as it is scary. There some exemples:
00:30:336 (2) - This slider doesn't have sound at all
00:31:471 (5) - this note doesn't have a sound too
00:31:715 (2,4) - this 2 notes also doen't have sound
00:33:904 (2) - Also no sound on quite important place

Throughout whole diff sounds just apear and disapear randomly and while playing with hitsounds on, you can't feel if you've hit the circle or not. That's an awful feeling.

take a look at this. Looks where the WCF (and normal-hitnormal) exist. there's almost none in 7K.
and regarding the spread between your hyper and normal, you should buff up the normal quite higher. or maybe requires you to add an additional diff in between to compromise the spread. but its up to you, for now it doesnt seem to fit my thing.

00:22:715 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - okay, so here's where the player gets introduced to the pattern. I get that this is where the hard part begins, also this is a gimmick present all throughout the map. However, since it's the first time a player is greeted by such a pattern, I believe that the combo colors should be distinguishably different AND of equal intensity in color. As it is right now, I believe that throughout the first few playthroughs people are gonna struggle with noticing the pattern A LOT, since it's very sudden and unexpected. The pattern is fine, just brighten the colors of 00:23:039 (1,2,3,4) - , maybe use red here?
00:26:931 (1,4,5,1) - stack
00:28:877 - increase the SV there, it's clearly of higher intensity
00:30:417 (4,1) - don't ignore the obvious "percussion" sound in the background, use some 1/8 sliders to emphasize that
00:38:444 (8) - NC, a new sound comes in
00:42:661 (4,1) - for better consistency, I suggest you do a pattern similar to 00:42:012 (4,1) - here, it's gonna flow the same way and it's gonna become way more logical this way
00:50:282 (1,2,1,2,3,4) - why the sudden change in patterns compared to 00:45:093 (2,3,1,2,3,4,1,2,1,2,3,4) - ? nothing has changed, and if you're going to mention the "air?" noise vanishing, it's already started fading away at 00:45:093 (2,3,1,2,3,4) - . (I have no idea how else to name these sounds, normal instruments don't make such noises)

- 01:04:796 (1,1) - pretty high chance of sliderbreak, I would tweak it a bit to make it more playable but its your choice
- 01:09:823 (4,5,6) - decreasing space here would follow the instrumentals more and give better emphasis to 01:10:066 (1) -
- 01:12:661 (1) - would be nice if this was consistent with the other two slider prior to this one. make it a red node only slider; it would really give a nice representation of the key change in the music.
