i think the skinning for the background and welcome sound should be free considering its created by players and not by the osu developement themselves. I'm pretty sure players with no money will agree with me since this is a free to win. Hope this gets replied soon. Thanks for listening.

It's purely cosmetic, minor, and let's you show your appreciation for the game and supports its development. Unfortunate you may not have the money, but you can't just get everything for free because that you don't.
