Reimu was perfection, tbh. Her attitude and moe moments were fantastic.
Marisa ehhhh... Not so much. She seemed way too normal compared to how she is in the games.
Aya was pretty good. I always imagined she'd have a more mature voice, but the naggy little girl appeal works for me.
Suika wasn't drunk, so there's nothing to compare her to.
China wtf. Although it is expected that some characters would get more screentime, her part is just annoying. Epic points for Sakuya calling her by her real name though.
Sakuya seemed pretty steriotypical, it would be good to see her fight though. ZA WARUDO.
Patchouli was epic, but it would have been better if she had a more lazy voice, like Clannad's Kotomi.
Remilia.... yeah, she was pretty good too, although she looks way too young.

Animation quality overall was better than the Ghibli films. I like the style, and it'll be interesting to see fanart of it.
Sound effects need work.
Yukari, Cirno, Alice and Flandre are pretty much confirmed for later eps.
This could set a new example for anime if they don't fuck it up.
They did a good job introducing characters in a small time, too. At this rate, if there's any more than 4 eps, the IN crowd will play a part.
Also is it just me or are the DVD menus better than any non-doujin DVD?
Stage 1 Scene 2 was hell for me which took me like 30 minutes to beat. Addicting and fun to play though, just not as good as the others.
