NM From my "Modding Madness!" queue!
Overall a very clean difficulty, not much else to say really ^^ think about some minor things such as overlaps and time gaps when stacking to make readability easier and visual appeal tenfold better

Insane
00:03:517 (4,5,6,7) - These being identical dispite the time gap always made me press early, it's hard to read and it's a combo breaking machine, for different rhytms you should make these less simular to each other so player easily make the time gap destinction without having to follow approach circles toomuch.
00:05:793 (6,7) - Angle here should be sharper to avoid overlap with 00:06:000 (7,1) - and also better lead into the slider here 00:06:207 (1) -
00:10:759 (6,1) - Never use 3/4 time gaps, especially not if you're just going to stack the circle on top of the slider head like you did on every single other 1/4 and 1/2 beatgaps. Once again add some distinction regardless.
00:55:862 (1,2) - This could flow better, also it's even though the lyrics are different the sound is essentiall the same as 00:54:207 (1,2) - yet it's quite a big difference in the pattern of the sliders
00:57:517 (1) - This should be separated from the stream and have some distance to it, because it's such an inheritally strong sound just adding a new combo doesn't feel impactful enough. Or ou could also just change it up to a slider or something.
01:15:310 (4,1) - This could flow better
01:16:759 (4,2) - A little unimportant overlap
I absolutely LOVE this rhythm choice 01:32:069 (1,2,3,1,2,3) !!! <3
02:26:276 (4,1) - I would stack this instead
02:36:828 (1,2,6,1) - Two changes of flow?
03:11:379 (4,1) - Once again add some destinction indiciating the time gap compared to all other stacks.
