00:24:496 - Good rule of thumb is to try and make your SV sequences average 1x throughout so that it's easier to read for the player. In this case, you need to change the 1.2x SVs to 1.9x to even out with the .1x SV since 1.9 + .1 = 2 and the sequence is 2 units (1/4 snaps, count the spaces) long, so 2 / 2 = 1 :thinking:

00:59:984 - Here is where I suggest you do away with the slow SVs at here, 01:00:076 - 01:00:167 - , and instead just use a bump at 01:00:259 - , like 1.9 or something because the math is hard and im too lazy to figure out the value.

01:45:716 - Basically what I said above. Just do here what you've done in the past and use a slow + speed up instead, without trying to gradually increase speed. If you do still want to gradually increase the speed, you'd just need to add up all the numbers and stuff to find out the values you need or whatever. So like, let's say here you're using 1/4 as a unit. 01:45:716 - to 01:46:448 - is 8 units. 01:46:448 - to 01:46:631 - is 2. 01:46:631 - to 01:46:813 - is 2. and so on. actually double that, unit is 1/8 cause that's the smallest
Basically, it'd work out like this:
{(0.4 x 16) + (0.6 x 4) + (0.7 x 4) + (0.8 x 2) + (0.85 x 2) + 0.9 + 1 + 1.1 + 1.2 + 1.3} / 24
20.4 / 24 = 0.85x is the average scroll speed of that entire measure. Basically, try and plug in numbers to make that 1x.

basically to make a good slowjam we need to make the notes slow enough to be noticed and keep the transition speed unnoticable at the same time, that's why there are gradually increased speed. your suggested sv is clearly againts my intention, i focus on the slowjam effect in here, not to add contrast in 00:12:789 - , because the 'real' sv start from 00:24:862 - , and i marked it with the stutter sv in 00:24:496

i know you don't like slowjams, lot of people in community don't like it either
but its essential effect for song like this, its suit with the music, majority don't like doesn't mean we need to remove it
why don't try to make it as good as possible so more people can actually enjoy it?

well technically your calculation is correct, but the outcome effect isn't suitable for the situation. the speed up effect you suggest is simply too rough (and even harder to press imo). since i'm following the vocal for the effect, it will be better to use slow approach effect

you created pause effect in here with that sv and that make it harder to press, the note become fall suddenly after bump sv which will trip up the player, its againts my intention as i'm put x0.75 there to smoothen the fall and x1.50 to keep the distance balanced
