I think this is a good idea because it can open up a new wave of creativity into the skinning community.

This would most likely break EZ as a reading mod because animating the hitcircle has so much potential to alleviate the usual reading difficultyj

Mabye, but what if it adjusted to the AR like hitcircleoverlay.png
